DMCA & Copyright Policy

How to report copyright infringement on this site, and how we respond.

Last updated: September 2026 · Effective: September 2026

Our Commitment

TNT Key Shop respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the law.

Designated Copyright Agent

Notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to our designated agent:

DMCA Agent, TNT Key Shop
12227 Woodside Ave, Lakeside, CA 92040
Email: info@tnt-keyshop.com
Phone: (619) 486-0279

To be effective, please put "DMCA Notice" in the subject line so it reaches the agent promptly.

Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, your written notice to our agent must include all of the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as the exact URL) for us to locate it.
  4. Your contact information — name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, if you knowingly and materially misrepresent that material is infringing.

Our Response

On receiving a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material in question and will make a good-faith effort to notify the person who posted it.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to our designated agent that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
  3. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, mailing address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, the Southern District of California), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to disable access for and terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
