Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number once your key ships.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. We ship to all 50 states.
Keys are packed securely in padded envelopes to prevent damage in transit. Each shipment includes a packing slip with your key specifications for your records.
After placing your order, we may contact you to confirm your vehicle year, make, model, and key code before cutting. This ensures you receive the correct key blank cut to the right specification.
We stand behind every key we cut. If we made a cutting error — wrong cut pattern, wrong blank, or a defective key — we'll send a free replacement with no charge to you.
Our keys are cut to the specifications you provide (year, make, model, and key code or key cut number). If a key doesn't work because inaccurate vehicle information was submitted at order time, we are unable to offer a free replacement. Please contact us — we'll do our best to help you get the correct key at a reduced rate.
If a replacement cannot resolve your issue, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
